Proposed Amendments to Building Department Fees (Schedule "D" of By-law 2023-01)
TAKE NOTICE THAT a Public Meeting has been scheduled to take place on December 4, 2024 at approximately 6:00 pm at the Township of Essa Administration Centre located at 5786 County Road 21, Utopia. The purpose of the Public Meeting is for consideration of amending Schedule “D” of By-law 2023-01 specific to Building Department Fees.
Following a review of Building Department fees, the Township is proposing to amend Building Department fees under Section 7(b) of the Building Code Act as follows:
