Description of the original proposed development
The proposed development would affect those lands legally described as LT 16, PL 1116; ESSA, municipally known as 161 Mill Street. A proposal has been put forward by Tastan Development to construct a mixed-use building with commercial uses on the first floor, and six residential units on the second floor.
