The Angus Union Cemetery operations and daily maintenance is managed by the Township of Essa.

The cemetery is located at 60 Vernon Street, Angus ON.

Visitors Hours - 9:00 am to sundown

Notice

  • The drive-thru gates at the Angus Union Cemetery will be locked on March 1stuntil the spring thaw has passed.  This is to prevent any damage to the driveway. 
  • The walk-through gate is unlocked for pedestrian traffic and is located mid cemetery.

Decoration Day Service

This service takes place on the third Sunday in June (Fathers Day). It is requested that you bring a lawn chair for your own comfort during this service.

  • 1:00 pm - Laying of flowers
  • 2:00 pm - Service begins
