Description of Proposed Development:

6037 County Road 10 is an 5-hectare agricultural parcel located off County Road 10, abutting the Canada Pacific Kansas City Railway.

The proposed Temporary Zoning By-law Amendment would allow for the subject property to host the RockStock Charity Event which would run from August 15th to August 17th, 2026. The proposed event is a charity festival which will have live music and overnight camping between the specified dates.

The Township is in receipt of materials intended to support the applications, which can be accessed by contacting the Township Planning Department.
