Notice: Community Park Closure and New Park Development

Notice of Office Closure - Monday July 1, 2024

The Essa Administration Centre will be closed on Monday, July 1, 2024, in observance of Canada Day.

Please be advised that the Stonemount Community Park located at 152 Greenwood Drive in Angus will be terminated for community recreational use effective on the 3^rd of September 2024 as the Simcoe County District School Board (SCDSB) is preparing to develop and construct the new announced elementary public-school building on the land located at 152 Drive Greenwood Drive.

Also please note that the construction of the new Maplewood Community Park located at 191 Maplewood Drive in Angus is scheduled to start mid-June 2024 and targeting early fall for substantial completion.
