TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Consent application for an easement, affecting the properties known as PART WEST HALF LOT 32 CONCESSION 6, ESSA, PARTS 6, 7, AND 8, 51R45201 being all of PIN 58103-0444 (LT), municipally known as 8949 Smith Road and PART EAST HALF LOT 32 AND PART WEST HALF LOT 32, CONCESSION 6, ESSA, PARTS 4 AND 5, 51R45201 being all of PIN 58103-0447 (LT). The applicant is requesting an easement to accommodate ingress and egress out of the existing residential property as well as to create a permanent easement to recognize existing hydro services.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Committee of Adjustment has appointed September 25th, 2026, for a Public Hearing to be held at approximately 10:00 a.m.
You may make a written submission through the undersigned Secretary-Treasurer in which your comments will be provided to the Committee of Adjustment prior to their decision on the application. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must make a written request to the Committee of Adjustment at the address shown above, or via email to ocurnew@essatownship.on.ca.
