NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONSENT APPLICATION NO. B7-25

TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Consent application on the property known legally as CON 8 W PT LOT 27 RP;51R21678 PARTS 5 & 8 and CON 8 PT W PT LOT 27 RP;51R21678 PART 6, municipally 8253 & 8243 8th Line. The applicant is proposing to transfer lands between both properties resulting in a new lot area of 3.1362 hectares (31,362m²) for the property known as 8253 8th line, and a new lot area of 0.3262 hectares (3,262m²) for the property known as 8243 8th Line.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Committee of Adjustment has appointed September 26th, 2025, for a Public Hearing to be held at approximately 10:00 a.m.

You may make a written submission through the undersigned Secretary-Treasurer in which your comments will be provided to the Committee of Adjustment prior to their decision on the application. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in respect of this application, you must make a written request to the Committee of Adjustment at the address shown above, or via email to aburmy@essatownship.on.ca.
