Notice of Construction

Please be advised that Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. (GIPI) will be commencing road construction on:

• River Drive (Mill Street to Roth Street)
• Park Road (North and South of River Drive)
• 5th Sideroad (8th Line to County Rd. 56)
• 10th Line (25 Sideroad, 992 meters North)
• 20th Sideroad (West of 5th Line)
• 20th Sideroad (9th Line Intersection & Easterly)
• 30th Sideroad & 8th Line Intersection
• 5th Line (20th Sideroad & 25th Sideroad)
• Scotch Line (5th Sideroad to Town Limits)

The scope of work includes but is not limited to, pulverization, placing granular material, grading, paving.

Construction is scheduled to commence in June 20th, 2026 and is anticipated to be completed by
August 2026. The work will be carried out by GIP Inc.

Throughout construction, single-lane closures will be required to facilitate the work. Full road closures are
not anticipated and will only be implemented if deemed necessary. Every effort will be made to minimize
disruptions; however, residents and motorists should expect temporary inconveniences, including reduced
traffic flow and occasional impacts to driveway access.

We ask all residents, motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians to exercise caution when traveling through or near the construction area and to obey all posted construction signage and directions provided by traffic control personnel.
