Notice of Construction & Temporary Road Closures

Please be advised that Western Mechanical will be installing fire hydrants and dewatering at the following locations:

• 108 County Road 21 (New Booster Station) to Denny Drive
• Denny Drive just south of County Road 21

Western Mechanical is expected to commence dewatering on November 14th with construction commencing the week of November 17th, 2025. It is anticipated that the project will be completed by the week of December 19th, 2025.

Although every effort will be made to limit the amount of disturbance to residents, inconveniences such as impeded traffic flow and access to driveways are to be expected. We request that when driving or walking through and around the construction area, please proceed with caution and obey the construction traffic signs and personnel. When necessary temporary road closures will be utilized during the time of construction, traffic will be detoured using local roads.
