Notice of Public Meeting - Consider Changes to Building Department Fees
Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Essa will hold a public meeting on April 15th, at 6:00 p.m.in the Council Chambers located, at 5786 County Road 21, Utopia.
The Purpose of the Public Meeting is to obtain comments on the proposed changes to the Township of Essa’s existing Building Department fees and is being held pursuant to Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, 1992.
A Report outlining the changes has been made available to the public on March 2, 2026.
The proposed fee changes will be considered by Council on April 15th, 2026.
Any person may attend the Public Meeting and make oral/written submissions either in support of or in opposition to the proposed fee changes.
If you wish to be notified of the adoption of the proposed fee changes, you must make a written request to the Clerk of the Township of Essa.
