Please be advised that Township of Essa will be commencing road construction.
TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Minor Variance application on the property known legally as ESSA CON 7 W PT LOT 3 AND RP:51R39550 PART 2, municipally 5389 County Road 56. The applicant is seeking relief from Section 4.38.3 (f) which states that an additional residential unit within a detached accessory building/structure in the “A" and “RL” zones shall be located no more than 30m from the primary residence. The applicant is proposing to construct a detached additional residential unit 38m from the primary residence.
TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Minor Variance application on the property known legally as CON 11 W PT LOT 16, municipally 4520 County Road 21. The applicant is requesting relief from Section 8.1c) of Zoning By-law 2003-50 which states that the maximum allowable building height for an accessory building on lands zoned Residential, Low Density, detached (R1) Zone under 1 hectare in size is 4.5m. The applicant is proposing to construct a new detached accessory building with a height of 5.48m.
TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Minor Variance application on the property known legally as CON 2 W PT LOT 16, municipally 7030 County Road 21. The applicant is requesting relief from Section 3: Definitions of Essa Township’s Zoning By-law 2003-50, specifically the definition of “Home Occupation,” to permit outdoor activities as part of the use. The applicant is proposing to host small outdoor yoga and wellness workshops on the property.
TAKE NOTICE that an application has been submitted for a Consent application on the property known legally as PLAN 1330 PT LOTS 31 & 33 RP;51R19535 PART 2 and PLAN 1330 PT LOT 31 & LOT 33;RP 51R19535 PART 1, municipally 190 Mill Street and 192 Mill Street. The applicant has submitted a Easement Consent Application to establish an easement over 190 Mill Street in favour of 192 Mill Street for shared access.
