Road Closure - 5th Line (between 25th Sideroad & Willoughby Road)

Due to the deterioration of paved road/embankment that occurred on the 5th Line between the 25th Sideroad and Willoughby Road, the municipality is advising motorists and residents that this segment of roadway will require reconstruction (re-stabilization of slopes, grading, asphalt paving, etc.).   

As such, Notice is hereby provided that the 5th Line (between 25th Sideroad and Willoughby Road) is expected to remain closed until approximately the end of May.

Road Closure signs have been placed on feeder roads to inform motorists of the road closure.

While every effort will be made to limit the amount of disturbance to surrounding residents while works take place, inconvenience such as impeded traffic flow is to be expected.

We request that when driving or walking through or around the construction area, please proceed with caution.  All traffic signage is to be obeyed.
