NOTICE OF A Case Management Conference (CMC) conducted by the Ontario Land Tribunal pursuant to the PLANNING ACT concerning ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT (Z1-23) (4 Bank Street, Angus, PT LT 31 CON 3 ESSA TWP, PARTS 2 & 6 ON 51R41996 TOWNSHIP OF ESSA)

TAKE NOTICE that the Ontario Land Tribunal will hold a Case Management Conference (CMC) on Monday the 15th day of July, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. by Video Conference to consider a Zoning By-law Amendment under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13.


THE PURPOSE OF THE PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT is to change the
subject land by rezoning the property from “Residential, Low Density, Detached (R1) Zone” in
Zoning By-law 2003-50 to “Residential, Medium Density, Townhome (R3-site specific) Zone”.
The proposal was to permit the construction of ten (10) townhomes; three (3) of which would
have been freehold along Bank Street, and seven (7) would have been constructed along a private
condominium road. A site map and concept plan are attached


The appellant(s), applicant, municipality or approval authority, and those persons who intend to request party or participant status, are asked to log into the video hearing through the link provided above at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections. All persons are expected to access and set-up the application well in advance of the event to avoid unnecessary delay.
