NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE - Maplewood Park Drive, Gold Park Gate to Sasco Way

The Township of Essa hereby advises that Maplewood Park Drive will be closed to allow for the:

Maplewood Park Construction

The closure will begin: July 3^rd, 2024.

The road is expected to reopen July 12^th, 2024.

Although every effort will be made to limit the amount of disturbance to the residents / merchants, some inconveniences such as impeded traffic flows and access to driveways / merchants are to be expected.  

The scope of work includes the following:

• Site Servicing including water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and electrical services.
• Temporary connections completed within the ROW.
• Road restoration in the affected areas.

What does this mean for the residents?

• The roadway will be closed to regular traffic and only local traffic/emergency traffic will have access along Maplewood Drive between Gold Park Gate and Sasco Way.

Safety:

• Please stay clear from all construction areas and avoid entering the construction zone.
• Do not park in/near the area of the construction.
• We will work with all parties involved to continue to respect our neighbors throughout the construction operations.
