Public Meeting - Short Term Accommodations
The Township of Essa is proposing a By-law to regulate Short-Term Accommodations (STAs). Under the proposed regulations, the following would apply:
1. Up to 4 rooms
2. Agricultural (A) and Rural (RL) Zones ONLY
3.Owner must be present on the premises
4. Stays of up to thirty (30) days
A public meeting is scheduled for 6:00pm on July 5, 2023 at the Administration Centre.
